Physician and Nursing Clinics
When you call to book an appointment, an assessment is made of your need for care and how urgent your situation is. Based on this assessment, you will either receive instructions or an appointment with a nurse, a physician or some other health care specialist. You must make an appointment with the physician's or nurse's clinic, and then you do not need to registered when you show up to the clinic.

Be sure to remember to cancel your appointment if you cannot come to the clinic. You must cancel your appointment by no later than the previous weekday at 3 pm either by calling the appointment telephone number or by sending an e-mail to peruutus.terveyskekus(at)tuusula.fi.
Non-cancelled doctor's appointments and/or last-minute cancellations are charged 51.40 for persons over 15 years of age.
First Aid and On-call Service
First aid and the on-call service are intended for acutely sick people and for patience needing to be examined and cared for immediately and whose care cannot be delayed to a later moment without exacerbating the symptoms or injury. Patients in Tuusula needing emergency care can go to Hyvinkää Emergency Hospital around the clock. Before going to the emergency hospital, it is a good idea to call the hospital's on-call number.
